If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return certain items. Please review the following returns and refunds policy.
How do I return an item to Bighead?
- Visit our website thisbighead.com, and go to ‘My Account’ then ’My Orders’.
- Select the order number containing the item that you want to return, then click on ‘See Details’.
- Select the item(s) to return and complete all required fields.
- Once your request has been approved, a return form will be available in your account area under ‘My Returns’. You should print out this form and enclose it in your package.
- We can only accept items returned by customers with a Bighead account, so you’ll need to create your account.
- Enter your email address in the ‘My Account’ page and follow the steps.
- To complete your registration you’ll need to create a password.
- After this last step, you’ll be able to register your return online and generate a return packing slip that must be added to your package when you return the item.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
- Products marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Each item must be returned in its original condition with no removal of the original tags.
- Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return any items.
- All labels must still be intact.
- The return form must be enclosed in the package.
- Any items returned stained, damaged, worn or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Which items cannot be returned?
- Face coverings and masks–because of the current pandemic, all face coverings and masks cannot be returned to Bighead.
- Hair accessories, earrings, piercings, swimsuits, lingerie
- SALE ITEMS: Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.
How and where do I send my package?
You’ll find full details about the return shipping address on your return form, which you can download online.
If your package is lost and you are unable to provide us with proof of tracking, Bighead will not be held responsible and will not be able to fulfill your request for a refund or exchange.
